Father Daughter Purity Ball
The Father/Daughter Purity Ball held on April 5 was a grand success. There were 24 girls who pledged purity and, in so doing, received a beautiful white rose. Their fathers each pledged to protect and provide for their daughters to enable them to remain pure until marriage. The guest speakers, Leora Smith and Meryl Miller, were informative and inspiring. Music was provided by Michael Roberts and April Sadler.
In fact, this event was such a success, we're planning an even bigger one for next year. The date for that one will February 7, 2009. Please mark your calendar and watch this website for updates!
Because of the success of this event, mothers and sons began to want to have their time together too. So the 1st Annual Mother/Son Purity Event will be held on September 20, at the National Guard Armory, Hwy 76, Springfield, TN.
